Backyard Baseball was first released in 1997 as part of a Junior Sports Series for Windows and Macintosh CD-ROM. There are several spin-offs in the children’s series. With the rise of rekindling whimsy and nostalgia, Backyard Baseball, in partnership with Playground Studios and Mega Cat Studios, has released a new version for 2026!
