American Crime is an upcoming American anthology crime drama television series that is expected to debut on ABC during the 2014—15 television season. The series was created by John Ridley, and stars Felicity Huffman and Timothy Hutton. The series will center on race, class, and gender politics as it follows a racially charged murder and the subsequent trial. The series will air on Thursday nights at 10:00 p.m. Eastern/9:00 p.m. Central starting March 5, 2015.
