Dan Schoeneberg has over ten years experience as a Voice Talent. He currently resides in Chicago, Illinois, although has lived in most all of the midwestern states. (This incidentally has also allowed him to gain an understanding of the unique nuances of Midwestern accents.) Having once had his voice described as one that could melt butter he gained his early experience as a talent through his extensive background in public speaking and staff training. He is also experienced in historical research and delivering public programs, making him an ideal talent for story telling, historical and educational spots, complex medical or industrial scripts, and documentary voice work.
Indeed, Dan has voiced a multitude of television and radio commercials, as well as delivered corporate, industrial and documentary narration. Dan’s flexible voice can also mold into character voices from a curmudgeonly old man, to Jimmy Stewart, and from French and English to Russian and Indian accents. Commercial clients have included Subway Restaurants, PBS Television, Indiana Public Radio, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Conner Prairie Interactive History Park, Hoosier Home Health Depot as well as national ad campaigns for Dr. Tavel Eyewear. Dan has also brought to life the words of Industrial and Corporate clients such as Speed Feed Trimmer, EZ TRAC Hydraulic Systems, Hoosier Home Health Depot, Conner Prairie Interactive History Park, Indiana Reading and Information Services, WFYI 90.1 Radio, Across Indiana, and the Glenview Park District.
