Charlie cut his acting teeth in local radio spots about 15 years ago. His love for the work lead to him to the University of Houston, where he acted in a few main stage productions and graduated with a BA in Theater. His resume continued to grow as he worked with the Alley Theater, Stages Repertory and Bill Young Productions. Eager to broaden his acting and life experiences, he set out to New York where he voiced a few audiobooks and a recurring national TV gig for Tiger Toys. He also acted in a few Off Off Broadway plays and an Indy Film, before deciding that the West Coast was next. While in LA, he booked numerous national TV spots, joined a sketch comedy/improv troup and honed his improvisation skills. Some of his more recognizable commercials have been for HP, Fandango, Footlocker and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He’s also worked on an animated feature and voiced a handful of animated characters.
