ONLINE TELEPROMPTER - YOUR AUDITION SOLUTION?
We were just recently turned on to the website CuePrompter.com, and thought it was worth passing along to our talent.
CuePrompter.com is a free online teleprompter. It works on any computer and your browser acts as the teleprompter. You can write or cut and paste your script, press a button and the prompter starts. It has adjustable speed and scrolling and two text sizes and colors.
There is some preparation involved. If you wanted to use it for an audition at our office you would need to most definitely practice beforehand to get your script loaded, speed set and ready to go.
With your laptop and our Wi-Fi, this could be a viable alternative for those auditions where we are given short notice.
