PB Talent and Am Studios makeup artist KATHY WHITE has been booked for Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York. The Duchess will be in Houston promoting, "The Young Victoria" a film she co-produced starring Emily Blunt, Miranda Richardson and Jim Broadbent. The Duchess will be making the rounds at several Houston television stations as well as an appearance at Neiman Marcus.
